All warranty work should only be performed by an authorized ZEPRO service centre. The service centre has access to our warranty system which details all relevant information about your ZEPRO equipment. 

Remember that a service book and inspection manual must be presented in a warranty case. The warranty conditions are specified in the service book and control manual.

We've made it easy and convenient for you to register, submit, and review your order ONLINE! Just click NEW USER FORM to get started.

We will also continue to process claims sent in through conventional mail or by fax to (800) 411-5684.



To register as a new user, you will first need to fill out the required information form. Our Warranty Department will then process your login name and password. Once processed, you may login and begin your Warranty Claims Process.




Once logged in, you will be at the Warranty Claims Menu, allowing you to view your account, edit your account, submit your warranty claim, and change your password.

To submit a new claim, you will need some basic customer information and some basic product information, such as your invoice number, product serial number, labor hours, etc. Once submitted, our warranty department will process your claim. You may check the status of your existing claims in the "view your account" section upon login. You can search for your claim by serial number, invoice number, or date received.
