Hiab At Work - Industrial Gas

Knuckle-Boom Crane
In the highly competitive Industrial Gas Distribution industry, businesses need to stay competitive. HIAB knuckleboom cranes offer more maneuverability and better control than traditional methods. HIAB X-HiDuo cranes provide industry leading precision, power, safety and control, allowing operators to move to the next job in less time - a big advantage when making multiple deliveries.

All HIAB cranes are constructed of lightweight, high-tensile steel ensuring superior lifting geometry and a better working envelope. The ease of operation and flexibility at the delivery site make HIAB cranes the perfect choice for industrial gas distribution. More versatile than traditional methods, the operator can deliver products in a safe and efficient manner without the need for additional personnel.

Truck Mounted Forklift
Traditionally, packaged gases have been delivered using trucks or trailers equipped with tail lifts. Vehicles equipped with tail lifts require significant manual handling slowing the packaged gas delivery and return process. Additionally, the driver must park as close as possible to the delivery location - often waiting until a parking place becomes available in congested or restricted areas. The MOFFETT truck mounted forklift has changed all of this for the better in the delivery of industrial and specialty gases, gas packs, liquid cylinders and Microbulk. The MOFFETT provides an efficient, safe and customer-friendly delivery solution where everyone’s a winner.

Remote Ground Mount

Remote Ground Mount (RGM) allows the operator to completely mount or dismount the MOFFETT without the need to climb onto or off of an elevated forklift. With up to a 25' range, the wireless remote control allows the operator to stand away from the machine and traffic during the mounting and dismounting process. This means staying out of the line of traffic or other jobsite hazards while giving optimal visibility during the mounting/dismounting process.
