Electric underground container cleaning

Dutch customer Cure Afvalbeheer from Eindhoven has received a fully electric truck for cleaning underground containers. 

On an electric DAF truck, Hiab at the workshop in Meppel has installed a HIAB X-HIPRO 232-E3 loader crane with a MULTILIFT 18S hooklift. The electric DAF CF chassis has been delivered by Truckland, while AW Materieel has supplied the advanced washing unit. 

Underground containers are an aesthetically pleasant and convenient solution for managing waste, favoured by many municipalities. Hiab’s S-cranes like the HIAB S-HiPro 230W are specially designed to meet the challenges of underground waste collection in increasingly crowded urban spaces. 

Now, the underground bins of Eindhoven will get emission-free cleaning and we congratulate Cura on choosing a sustainable solution.
