HIAB nDurance is het meest effectieve hoogtechnologische verfsysteem met een technologisch geavanceerd en milieuvriendelijk proces op basis van nanotechnologie en e-coating. De onderdelen van uw kraan worden eerst afgeschermd door een ultra-dunne nanokeramische laag die corrosie voorkomt. Daarna krijgen ze een e-coating van lak-polymeer en een duurzame poedercoating, die zorgt voor een prachtige uitstraling en die net zo lang meegaat als de kraan zelf.

De HIAB HiDuo afstandsbediening wordt vertrouwd door de operators vanwege de responsiviteit en betrouwbaarheid. De HIAB XSDrive controller, bediend door hendel of joystick, biedt eenvoudig toegang tot 24 proportionele functies en zeven aan/uit-functies. Met HIAB HiDuo kunnen meerdere acties tegelijk worden uitgevoerd en het heeft een ingebouwde intelligentiesysteem voor een veilige en doeltreffende behandeling van de lading. Het biedt ook Automatic Speed Control (ASC), die de capaciteit zonder te stoppen of een actie van de operator verhoogt.

Load Stability System for vertical movements (LSS-V)

ASC gives a step less increase in lifting capacity of up to 10%, all in one smooth, continuous motion. This feature, unique to Hiab, engages automatically, which means that the operator does not feel or notice a thing. The function activates as you reach the regular capacity limit, meaning that you can still lift the load where other cranes would have come to a complete stop. To compensate for the capacity boost, the speed of the inner and outer boom is slightly reduced. Capacity ceiling, safety and efficiency are significantly increased by this feature.
