Uw kraan wordt voortdurend blootgesteld aan de elementen en heeft daarom de beste oppervlaktebescherming nodig. HIAB nDurance is het meest effectieve hoogtechnologische verfsysteem met een technologisch geavanceerd en milieuvriendelijk proces op basis van nanotechnologie en e-coating. De onderdelen van uw kraan worden eerst afgeschermd door een ultra-dunne nanokeramische laag die corrosie voorkomt. Daarna krijgen ze een e-coating van lak-polymeer en een duurzame poedercoating, die zorgt voor een prachtige uitstraling en die net zo lang meegaat als de kraan zelf.

HIAB HiPro is het meest geavanceerde systeem voor afstandsbediening in de sector. Met een hoge oliestroom dat veel gelijktijdige bewegingen toelaat zorgt dit systeem voor de hoogste snelheid en precisie – voor de grootste productiviteit. HIAB HiPro heeft Automatic Speed Control (ASC), die de capaciteit zonder te stoppen of een actie van de operator verhoogt. Pump Flow Distribution (PFD) verdeelt de olie gelijkmatig in verhouding tot bedieningsbewegingen wat zorgt voor een super soepele werking zonder plotselinge lastversnellingen.

Load Stability System for vertical movements (LSS-V)

ASC gives a step less increase in lifting capacity of up to 10%, all in one smooth, continuous motion. This feature, unique to Hiab, engages automatically, which means that the operator does not feel or notice a thing. The function activates as you reach the regular capacity limit, meaning that you can still lift the load where other cranes would have come to a complete stop. To compensate for the capacity boost, the speed of the inner and outer boom is slightly reduced. Capacity ceiling, safety and efficiency are significantly increased by this feature.
