The load handling industry is changing – fast. Operating restrictions in cities, changes to environmental legislations and a demanding fuel economy are driving challenges for more sustainable business. Tomorrow’s trucks will need to give you the same productivity or more with less environmental impact. And your fleet will need to be ready.

Mounting accessories like oil pumps play a key role in optimising the performance of your loader crane. Choosing a variable oil pump over a fixed pump is a great way to cut costs, increase safety and help your crane achieve its full potential. Variable oil pumps are compatible with HIAB HiPRO and selected EFFER loader crane models.
Make a better choice for your crane, your wallet and the environment. Order from the Hiab Webshop or contact your local Hiab dealer to find out more.

Every cm is scarce, every kilo counts and a penny saved is a penny earned. We understand this and therefore we are looking for solutions that can help you save space on your truck and at the same time reduce fuel and hydraulic oil consumption. Cyclone oil tanks are smaller and consume less space and weigh less than conventional oil tanks which translates into more pay load.

Other customers:

The Cyclone tank is a new generation of efficient hydraulic oil tanks for trucks. These tanks have a cyclone, which effectively removes air from the hydraulic oil. The cyclone principle allows for much smaller tanks which means you reduce the weight and installation space needed.

When using a 125-liter cyclone tank, a basic truck with an installed crane can save up to 600kg a year in CO2 emissions compared to a truck with a standard 300-liter hydraulic tank. This is made possible by the reduced weight of the smaller tank, which allows for more pay load. Cost savings are also made possible due to lower hydraulic oil consumption.
An additional benefit of having a smaller cyclone oil tank is that it contains less air which means less cold steel surface above the oil level inside the tank. This reduces the amount of water condensation when the hydraulics is turned off.
HIAB wspr, the new electric hybrid crane range from HIAB that combines the power of the ePTO and the traditional strengths of a diesel powered crane. Operating your loader crane with a HIAB wspr electric power take-off system is cost-effective and free from both excess noise and exhaust fumes, ensuring a healthier and stress-free environment.

Other customers:

HIAB wspr comes with an extensive 5 year warranty covering battery modules. Additional battery parts are covered for 2 years. You don't have to worry about expensive battery repairs in the unlikely event of any issue.

The electric hybrid plug-in system powers the crane by either battery or diesel, as needed. Downtime is eliminated if the battery is drained as the conventional power-takeoff is always available as backup.

The HIAB wspr matches the speed, strength, and precision of a diesel powered crane, while enhancing operational response. You can enjoy the same productivity, regardless of power source.
