To register as a new user, you will first need to fill out the required information form. Our Warranty Department will then process your login name and password. Once processed, you may login and begin your Warranty Claims Process.
Once logged in, you will be at the Warranty Claims Menu, allowing you to view your account, edit your account, submit your warranty claim, and change your password.
To submit a new claim, you will need some basic customer information and some basic product information, such as your invoice number, product serial number, labor hours, etc. Once submitted, our warranty department will process your claim. You may check the status of your existing claims in the "view your account" section upon login. You can search for your claim by serial number, invoice number, or date received.
