HIAB HiPro ist das branchenweit beste Fernsteuerungssystem. Durch seinen hohen Ölfluss ermöglicht es viele gleichzeitige Bewegungen und sorgt für höchste Geschwindigkeit und Präzision mit dem Ziel höchster Produktivität.



HIAB HiPro verfügt über eine automatische Geschwindigkeitskontrolle (ASC), die die Kapazität ohne Stopp oder Zutun durch den Bediener erhöht. 

Die Ölmengenverteilung (PFD) verteilt das Öl für die Bewegungskontrolle gleichmäßig, um einen sanften und reibungslosen Betrieb ohne plötzliche Lastbeschleunigungen sicherzustellen.

LSS automatically compensates for unintentionally excessive lever moment in vertical operations. This makes crane operation faster and smoother and helps protect the cargo, the vehicle and the work environment in the vicinity of the crane against potential damage.

Load Stability System for vertical movements (LSS-V)

ASC gives a step less increase in lifting capacity of up to 10%, all in one smooth, continuous motion. This feature, unique to Hiab, engages automatically, which means that the operator does not feel or notice a thing. The function activates as you reach the regular capacity limit, meaning that you can still lift the load where other cranes would have come to a complete stop. To compensate for the capacity boost, the speed of the inner and outer boom is slightly reduced. Capacity ceiling, safety and efficiency are significantly increased by this feature.

Ihr Kran ist ständig den Witterungsbedingungen ausgesetzt und benötigt daher den bestmöglichen Oberflächenschutz. HIAB nDurance ist das branchenweit effektivste Hightech-Lackiersystem mit einem komplexen technologischen und umweltschonenden Verfahren, das auf Nanotechnologie und E-Beschichtung basiert.



Die Teile Ihres Krans werden durch eine ultradünne Nanokeramikschicht vor Korrosion geschützt. Danach wird eine E-Beschichtung aus Lackpolymer und eine haltbare Pulverbeschichtung aufgetragen, die über die gesamte Kranlebensdauer für eine bestechende Optik sorgt.
